Dry good and livestock orders cannot be combined. In the event you wish to order both dry goods and livestock please submit 2 separate orders. Dry goods usually ship the next day and arrive 2-7 days after. You will receive a call or email to schedule livestock shipping 24-48 hours after your order is placed. If we are unable to contact you for scheduling your livestock order will not ship. All shipments must be shipped to the billing address. If you need special arrangements for shipping to an alternative address, arrangements must be made with The Blue Glow in advance of shipping date. All livestock packages must be signed for. The Blue Glow will not be responsible for customer's failure to sign for and receive shipment. It is the desire of The Blue Glow for all livestock to arrive happy and healthy. The Blue Glow strongly encourages the customer to request "hold at location" and take delivery at your local Fed Ex office. The Blue Glow will not be liable for shipping delays or damaged livestock that are the responsibility of the carrier. In the event that The Blue Glow receives a refund from the carrier due to their failure to ship on time the refund will be forwarded to the customer. Please allow 14 days for this refund to be applied to your billing statement. Live Arrival Guaranteed!!! The Blue Glow guarantees live arrival. We make every possible effort to insure your livestock arrives happy and healthy including shipping in cardboard encased styrofoam boxes with heat/cold packs as needed based on season and conditions. In the unlikely event your coral does not survive shipping you will receive a credit towards another order. This credit will be valid for 90 days unless other arrangements are made with The Blue Glow. In some cases prior to issuing a credit we may require pictures of the dead/damaged coral within 4 hours of the package being signed for. In rare cases we may request that the dead skeleton of the coral be shipped back to us. Charge backs for the entire shipment including shipping with out contacting us via email are illegal and will be prosecuted for fraud. In the event a coral arrives stressed or damaged please contact The Blue Glow immediately but allow 14 days for evaluation in your tank. In most cases corals recover from shipping related damage or stress very quickly. The Blue Glow takes great pride in providing the highest quality products and service. It is our goal that our customers receive value for their hard earned money. It is also extremely important to us that the precious animals that we deal with are given every opportunity to thrive. We assume that when ordering our customers have the knowledge and understanding to provide the necessary environment and care for these animals.
